N.C. Chang and Associates, Inc. is a small, select firm specializing in golf course architecture, land planning, and landscape architecture.  The firm’s corporate philosophy is to plan and design a challenging and enjoyable golf course within an outstanding, environmentally sensitive master plan.  The firm’s strength lies in its commitment to nurturing each client’s objectives with constant personal involvement with attention to details throughout the planning process. 

Chang, a member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects, the American Society of Landscape Architects, and the American Institute of Certified Planners, has over thirty years of experience in golf course architecture and land planning.  During his career, he has had the opportunity to work on projects throughout the United States and abroad.  Also, from 1979 to 1981, Chang taught land use planning to graduate students in Georgia Tech’s City Planning Program.
